Emerging German footballer Max Meyer has been announced as brand ambassador for Nissan, supporting the brand's Engineers of Excitement UEFA Champions League campaign in Germany.
The FC Schalke 04 player, who made his senior national team debut for his country at this year's World Cup, commented 'I'm really delighted to be joining the team and I'm looking forward to working with Nissan this season'. Thomas Hausch, head of Nissan Center Europe, added 'We hope that Max, as a German international player, will strengthen our relationship with football fans and car enthusiasts throughout Germany'.
